Unless stated otherwise, the goods will be shipped out within 2 to 4 working days.

If not all products ordered are in stock, we will contact the customers to provide either a later delivery or other available comparable products with same value. In the case that the client will not accept one of these options; we will reimburse any payments already made immediately.

Should it not be possible to deliver the goods due to a fault on your part, despite three delivery attempts, we may withdraw from the contract. The value of the product will be reimbursed minus shipping costs and any other costs incurred during delivery attempts and returns. We reserve the right to not reimburse the value of the product if the extra costs exceed its value.

It is the customer’s responsibility to bear any import costs, if any. Avevitta is not liable and will not offer any refunds if the goods are not retrieved from customs by the customer.
